Code of Conduct
Last updated 3 September 2026
The Network exists so that independent forwarders can hand cargo and money to companies they have never met. That only works if every member behaves in a way the others can rely on. This code states the standard and what happens when it is not met.
1.Answer
Respond to RFQ invitations within the window shown, even if the answer is a decline. Reply to partner messages within one business day. Responsiveness is 15% of TrustScore and is measured, not asserted.
2.Quote honestly
Quote all-in with line items. Do not add charges after award that were foreseeable at quote time. If a surcharge is imposed by a carrier after award, document it on the shipment record before invoicing it.
3.Pay on time
Fund escrow within the agreed window after award. Release without delay when proof of delivery is posted. Late funding and late release reduce payment behaviour, which is 30% of TrustScore.
4.Keep the record
Post milestones, documents and pre-alerts on the shipment record. Invoice through the platform for any deal awarded on it. A deal taken off-platform after award forfeits protection for both parties.
5.Respect counterparties
Do not approach a partner’s customer using information learned through the Network. Do not solicit endorsements. Do not disparage other members in community posts; file a dispute instead.
6.Comply
Do not ship for, to, or through sanctioned parties. Screen your own customers. Report any compliance concern about a shipment to the Operator immediately.
7.Consequences
First breach: written warning recorded on the company’s trust events. Second, or any serious breach: suspension with the reason code published on the Risk Register. Fraud, sanctions breach, or refusal to comply with a dispute ruling: expulsion. Reinstatement after suspension requires a review and is also published.
